A Brief History of Revolutions
I’m loving this short video on revolutions.
Are videos the new infographics?
(I might be biased because my very talented sister Daisy made this)
My Blue Period
If you’ve been to my apartment, you’ll notice I have a bit of a thing — and by that i mean obsession– with a special shade of blue. You can call it Tiffany blue, Eggshell blue, turquoise, Robin Egg blue or even Martha blue. I don’t care. What you call it makes no difference to me as long as I can get my hands on something with that color.
When I was putting together an inspiration board to decorate my apartment I realized there was quite a lot of this blue and I tried my best to control myself so I added other shades of light blue. Well, now I’m rambling. The point is. I love the color and have put together a collage of items that can give your home a splash of my favorite shade of blue.
You can get some of these at flea markets, Macy‘s, Etsy and Lamps Plus.

Louise Roe
I fell in fashion-love with Louise Roe from the moment she walked onto my TV screen on The City. I wondered who this composed chick was that was trying to take some of the spotlight away from Olivia and I automatically liked her. She always looks polished and poised and I loves to see these pictures, from the Coveteur of course, that show that her home is a little quirky as well.

Ice Cream Party
Because I’m over the age of 10 people look at me funny when, every year, I suggest a theme party for my birthday. Get over it, it will continue happening. I’ll keep looking for borderline acceptable theme parties that can be adapted for the adult world while still appeasing my Neverland ways.
Saddly, I’ll never be able to get away with an Ice Cream party, but I’ll definitely find an excuse to make this adorable cake in the future.
Isn’t it just too cute?

Tuxedo
I’ve always liked women in menswear. It’s a sure hit when going for comfy casual any season, but I’ve never been a fan of how it tends to look for women as formal-wear. In my opinion, it mostly looks forced, but I definitely have to give credit where credit is due and say that all the looks that Anja Rubik wore for this May 2011 Vogue Paris editorial are impeccable. Everything from the styling, to the makeup to the tailored fit of the suits makes for a stylish and feminine girl out on the town.
